Each week you will be part of exclusive live Zoom training covering the essential components to take back control of your business and move into the digital space. Sessions will be in bite sized chunks so you can understand and implement.

Each week we’ll hold a live Zoom session to answer all your questions. No question too difficult. Every question important.

Mindset

Everything we do helps build a mindset prepared for anything. When we come out the other side of this, we will be invincible.

Taking Action

We will take action within the sessions. I like making things as practical as possible. This is a time for taking action and between sessions your every action will have a purpose

Templates, checklists, scripts all available as needed for building what you need to build

You’ll be invited into private FB Group with access to expertise to ask questions and share ideas

First priority is to get you set up to conduct your sessions online.

Your FAQs:

When will the sessions be held?

The sessions will be Tuesday and Friday mornings at 11am Sydney time

Will we use Zoom?

Yes, you will receive the Zoom link prior to each session

If I miss a session, will it be recorded?

There is huge benefit to attending the live sessions if you are able to make it. Yes, all sessions are recorded and you will receive access through the website portal

I've already started to conduct sessions online - is there anything for me to learn in this 8 week program?

Absolutely. This is so much more than just "getting sessions online"
We will cover finances, your profit & loss reports, managing your cash flow, new pricing models for the online world. There will be templates and a communication strategy to stay in contact with your valuable client base.
Your Number 1 asset right now is your clients. This is so much more than "getting online" and I am here to guide you through every step.

Can I ask any questions during the session?

Absolutely. We will endeavour to answer all questions. The business landscape and the bank and the government offers are changing daily and we'll be doing everything to stay completely up to date. If we don't know the answer, we'll find out.

How many people will be in the sessions?

This is a terrific question. In the past 5 years I have personally conducted online training sessions with up to 100 people in a session. At this stage we do not have 100 people booked into Survive to Thrive Program although the Masterclass had almost 50 attendees. You can be guaranteed that the sessions will allow you to have all your content covered - even if we need to run longer than the allocated time.

Is there homework?

Absolutely and Definitely! You will gain the benefit of the program through the actions you take between sessions. This is designed to be a practical program and you will be able to actually work on your activities during the sessions.

Will there be PDP points for this program?

Yes. This program will include my previously approved Finance 101 modules which currently attract 3 PDP points for PAA members.
I am in the process of applying for additional points for the additional learning outcomes included in this program - to be determined by PAA. Stay tuned
