When will the sessions be held?
The sessions will be every week on Tuesday morning at 10:30am Sydney time EDT Monday evening 8:30pm ADT Monday late afternoon 5:30pm PDT

Yes, you will receive the Zoom link prior to each session
If I miss a session, will it be recorded?
There is huge benefit to attending the live sessions if you are able to make it. Yes, all sessions are recorded and you will receive access through the website portal

Absolutely. This is so much more than just "getting sessions online"
Week by week we will cover finances, your profit & loss reports, managing your cash flow, new pricing models for the online world. There will be templates and a communication strategy to stay in contact with your valuable client base.

Can I ask any questions during the session?
Absolutely. We will endeavour to answer all questions. The business landscape is changing daily and we'll be doing everything to stay completely up to date. If we don't know the answer, we'll find out.
How many people will be in the sessions?
This is a terrific question. The program has a limited intake based on having the right people in the group so it's more abut the right people rather than how many people. We're looking for people who care about their clients, who want to have an impact as they grow their business, people who are kind, collaborative and who are keen to be part of what we are doing here.
What if I need help between the live sessions?
The closed FaceBook group is a terrific place to go for help between sessions. This Group is part of the broader FaceBook page
And of course you can always email me directly, or another member of the group. We will share contact details where members are happy to do so.
Is it just for Australian businesses?
Not at all, I'm expecting there will be a number of Australian based businesses as well as potentially from US and New Zealand. This is one of the reasons for the 10:30am Sydney time zone.
Can I start at any time?
This is terrific question. We will be starting in June 2020 and being there from the start will be so beneficial for your business. Many people are still "in a daze" due to being shut down and all the things that have happened in these first months of 2020. Some people are still unsure which way to go.
