When will the training sessions be held?

Live Zoom training sessions will be every week on a Wednesday morning at 9:00am Sydney time. This allows for NZ, US members to join in live in their time zone.
As needed we will have additional impromptu sessions on interesting topics and with guest subject matter experts.

When will my personal coaching sessions be held?

You will establish your regular monthly coaching + mentoring sessions with your Profit Lab coach at a mutually agreeable time.

Will we use Zoom?

Yes, you will receive the Zoom link for each session. All of your 1:1 coaching sessions are recorded and you will receive the link so you can review at your convenience.

If I miss a training session, will it be recorded?

There is huge benefit to attending the live sessions if you are able to make it. Yes, all sessions are recorded and you will receive access through the website portal.

I need to find more clients - will this program help me find more clients?

Absolutely and Yes! Every business needs a steady flow of new leads and new clients. Building your capability to attract and retain clients is a key focus of Profit Lab Program.

The additional and "priceless" benefit is the support from being part of the group of like minded and knowledgeable business owners to support and encourage you as you build your skills and confidence.

When will the group coaching sessions be held?

Group coaching session will be held across the month and the time table will be published in advance.

What's so special about being part of group coaching?

I love this question. There are definitely benefits to working one on one with your Profit Lab coach.

When you are part of a group coaching program, you have the benefit from that business consultant, coach and mentor who is running the group coaching session.

Can I ask any questions during the training and group coaching sessions?

Absolutely. We will endeavour to answer all your questions during the session. The private Facebook forum is another terrific way to have your questions answered.

How many people will be in the sessions?

This is a terrific question. The program has a limited intake based on having the right people in the group so it's more abut the right people rather than how many people.

We're looking for people who want to make an impact in the world, who truly care about their clients, who are driven to grow their business, people who are kind, collaborative and who are keen to be part of what we are doing here.

What if I need help between the live sessions?

The private FaceBook forum is where every question is answered by Ingrid + the Profit Lab team as well as insights and wisdom from fellow members of the Profit Lab program.

And you can always email your Profit Lab coach directly.

Is it just for Australian businesses?

Not at all, I'm already working with a number of businesses from US and New Zealand.
